LulzSec Claims It Shut Down the CIA's Web Site, can it be an act of war or is it a boy on a computer just being a boy?
Should LulzSec go to jail for Treason, or be employed by the Federal Government --- I think both! I think publicly is should appear that they "took the hammer to him" so to speak, so that other people aren't trying to do this all the time; but having his brain constantly trying to hack our system (under supervision) maybe one of our nations top line of defense against a cyber attack.
